DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All items are carefully hand packed for you by one of the Coldnose team and delivery is by first class Royal Mail or through our courier partners – either standard or tracked delivery. Items are well packed to avoid damage, but should your parcel arrive damaged, please notify us by email within two days at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will despatch a replacement – subject to stock availability. It would be helpful if you could take a photograph of the damaged item and attach it to your email.
Upon receipt of your item, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with it or feel it does not match the product description, then we will make a full refund.
We aim to provide the best delivery service at the lowest cost. We do not mark-up packaging or postage costs to give our customers a great value-for-money service.
Delivery costs are noted per item and is for UK mainland delivery only. We are happy to send items throughout the world, so for international postage please email us at email@example.com for pricing and delivery times.
